Aloha, I cannot explain to anyone the amount of deep love I got from their General manager Emmanuel Cournede "Manny" Hawai'i location! This man really took care of me and my family, after we had a less than desirable encounter with their hostess staff.
We asked to speak to the manager-which happened to be Manny.
He was very kind, and receptive. He validated our disappointment and comped our desserts. For the inconvenience and poor hostess service. But when I tell you this man went above and beyond-HE WENT ABOVE AND FAR BEYOND!
He is the reason we will return again and again. You could tell, he's a very compassion man with plenty Aloha. THAT will keep me coming back here and recommending my extended family to eat here, also. Mahalo nui loa Manny, for turning my family's dining experience from something horrible to an amazing experience!
15/10 for your customer service. You were simply amazing!

Hi my name is Jordan R. My fiancé and I were in your restaurant when it opened in Greenville.
We had an ok experience but we wouldnt consider going back again for the price and the discomfort of the restaurant. Im not here searching for any handouts. I just ask you guys to look into making this restaurant better. I would like to go back if the experience was more on par with the cost.
Can you at corporate look into the google reviews and try to fix the problems the Greenville restaurant is having? Many people have the same issues and are frustrated. Its extremely awkward to pay that much money for a dinner and then sit in a cramped dining room with all the mall traffic looking in on you. I believe if anyone from your office ate dinner there, you would agree as well.
We really need a churrascaria in Greenville. The Brazilian community is growing. It feels like this restaurant needs some help in customer service to be more successful and to keep people coming back. Is there any way you guys can take a look into this restaurant and see if its up to the standards of all of the other Texas de Brazil locations?
It would be so greatly appreciated. We love churrascarias and would love to make this our new regular spot. Especially for the caipirinhas :).

My family and I visited your restaurant this past weekend 9/23/23 and 9/17/23. The food was excellent both visits, although this last visit the service was not so great.
We seemed to be waiting for the different meats to come around since we were seated in an out of the way back corner. Our waiter was the same gentleman both visits. My biggest complaint was the way I was billed and the charges. The first visit we were billed 4 dinners, when in fact we had 2 dinners and 2 L dinners.
This was corrected. We were also charged for spring water when we had regular table water which we requested. The bill is brought to the table which is on a portable card reader machine.You are not given a chance to review the charges, maybe 20 seconds. This is not acceptable.
Standing over your shoulder while you review the bill and choosing the gratuity amount. Very Pressured!! The previous visit, a week earlier, same waiter, same experience. Charged for spring water, which I exclusively expressed we did not want, billing the same exact way.
Hurried, over the shoulder pressured, no time to review the charges and choose the gratuity choices. This was at the Tacoma, Washington restaurant. I have both receipts. I feel as though I was scammed and would like to be refunded for the 2 charges for the spring water and a refund of his gratuity on the second visit.
I am 70 years old and my eyesight is not very good. Instead of a $50.00 dollar tip it ended up being $74.57. The spring water charges were $24.00 plus $32.00. I would like a total of $130.57 refunded to my bank card.
I do not appreciate being taken advantage of!! Receipts are available upon your request.

My wife and I witnessed a situation this evening 7-23-23 that just couldnt be ignored. The GM and Hostess were openly and loudly talking about other staff members quite rudely.
I have never seen a manager so unprofessional in all my years. My wife called her petty, its already hot in the Birmingham location due to the air conditioning being broken AGAIN but to have your boss talking about you and just being unprofessional and rude, I felt terrible for the staff. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior from a General Manager.
I highly doubt well ever come back again due to the poor management of this location. The other manager was fantastic but the small white woman was just beyond rude and I cant justify her behavior and patronize her location.
Preferred solution: The corporate people need to realize what’s going on in their business and how their staff is being treated by their GM.

My review and my complaint is I ordered two $100 gift cards for my parents to receive tonight through email for their 34th anniversary. They are going to your restaurant tonight and planned on using them.
Very sad that you did not have customer service in place to take my call or to give a damn. Your restaurant is extremely expensive and to me to provide my parents with 200 bucks to eat at your establishment I should deserve a phone call and a reason why they have not received their gift cards through their email today so they can use them for their anniversary tonight in your establishment. As I've read on here you have horrible reviews for such a fine dining restaurant. I have called that number for customer service several times.
I have noticed on here that people have ordered gift cards that they have never received nor got their money back but I promise you this is not the case with me if these cards are not sent tonight I will get my money back. This is awful that you can do your customers like this. Really awful and my parents were really looking forward to this. You should be ashamed to yourself.
Scamming your own customers for their money on gift cards and not returning the favor of the money that they give you for the gift card to even go to the person. Whether it's in person or through email. Regardless I hope they have a good time tonight but it's real sad they won't have the gift cards. If I had the chance to give you zero Stars that's what you would get too bad I have to even give you one.
Yes one pissed consumer. I didn't even receive a receipt for the 2 $100 e gift cards, but the money sure came out of my account just as quick this could be scammers.
